Easy Meditation Techniques Which Is The Easiest Meditation Technique
Trevor John
Most everyone is looking for easy meditation techniques. After all, why spend months or years learning a technique when you can get the same results in a fraction of the time?
The best option for you will depend to a large extent on what you want out of your meditating and how often you are able to set aside some time to be able to meditate.
Probably the easiest technique available is to use a "brain wave" meditation. What this does is to play two slightly different frequencies, known as binaural beats. One frequency is played into each ear, so you need to use headphones to benefit from this. Your brain then tries to resolve the two different tones and this usually induces a state of relaxing meditation, depending on the frequency of the beats used.
There are several meditation systems available that offer this method. Probably the most popular is the Centerpointe Holosync system. This is long established and has proven results although the price tends to put it at the "Rolls Royce" end of the various systems available.
A newer system called the Meditation Program claims to offer all the benefits of Centerpointe but in a fraction of the time and cost. You can read more about the differences in the link below.
If you've got a specific problem you want to address, it is worth investigating a specific guided meditation for that problem. Again, this is easy as you need to do is sit back or lie down and listen to the guided instructions. These can be especially effective for dealing with pain and healing - the relaxation process alone often helps here. They are also useful when you want to change your behavior but don't want to go down the route of hypnosis or NLP. Again, there are plenty of pre-recorded guided meditations you can investigate for attracting wealth and other such topics.
Local classes are also available if you prefer the support of other like minded people. Check your local listings to see what is available near you.
